No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. No analytics tools, advertising networks or social networks are embedded. Fonts are not loaded from third-party servers either; only fonts already present on your device are used.

For this reason no consent is required to visit this website, and no cookie banner is shown.

Accessing the website (server log files)

When you access the website, the hosting provider logs technical access data: IP address, time of the request, address requested, volume of data transferred, and details of your browser and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website and in defending against attacks. The provider retains these logs only briefly and then deletes them.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When the site is accessed, Vercel processes the access data described above on our behalf.

Personal data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The provider bases this transfer on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Application forms

The application forms for models and chatters are not embedded in this website, only linked. Simply visiting this page therefore establishes no connection to a form provider.

Only when you click a form does the service provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) open in a new window. From that point on, Tally’s privacy policy applies to your use of the form.

We process the details you enter in the form in order to review and handle your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are deleted once no longer needed, and at the latest after — to be added — months.

Contacting us by email

If you contact us by email, the details you provide are stored in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer needed.

Model portal

At portal.impulse.management we operate a password-protected portal for the models and chatters we represent. It is technically separate from this website and accessible only with login credentials.

The data processed there and the strictly necessary cookies it sets are described in the portal’s own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
